WELCOME NOTE
Welcome to Feeble Care Uganda, a registered non-profit organization transforming the lives of persons with disabilities (PWDs).
We champion inclusion through the principles of “Leave No One Behind” and “Nothing About Us Without Us.” Our work focuses on persons with disabilities who are often hidden, excluded, and living in underserved rural communities. At Feeble Care, we believe disability is not inability. Through practical support, advocacy, and community-based solutions, we restore dignity, independence, and hope. Welcome to Feeble Care Uganda, a space where the feeble are made strong
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Sophie Kaseregenyi
Sophie Kaseregenyi is a Ugandan human rights lawyer, disability rights advocate, and Founder of Feeble Care Uganda.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Makerere University and previously served with the Uganda Law Society under the Legal Aid Project.
Shortly before completing her postgraduate bar course, Sophie experienced a life-altering accident that led her to begin using a wheelchair.
Her inability to continue her legal training due to inaccessible infrastructure became a defining moment exposing the systemic barriers faced by persons with disabilities.
Rather than retreat, she transformed her experience into purpose by founding Feeble Care Uganda.
